Maintenance: To maintain the wood’s finish, apply a quality furniture polish or oil occasionally. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause warping or fading.

MIRROR GLASS

Cleaning: Use a non-abrasive glass cleaner with a lint-free microfiber cloth. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the glass, to avoid streaks or damage to the edges.

Protection: Handle carefully to avoid chipping the edges. Avoid using sharp objects near the glass to prevent scratches.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on orders over R1,500 within South Africa. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

All our products are made to order, with production lead times of 4 weeks for smaller items and 8 weeks for larger pieces. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 14 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, please email us at sales@umugqastudio.com to arrange shipping. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided based on your location.

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect information.

RETURNS POLICY

As all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at sales@umugqastudio.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be covered by UMUGQA STUDIO if the issue is due to damage or defect.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued for approved returns due to defects or damage. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved
refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
